All personal trainers & wellness professionals work hard to maintain their professional certifications, but our specialists goes beyond the minimum requirements. Every month or so Solo Fitness & Wellness holds exclusive Training the Trainers workshops to provide our fitness & wellness professionals with the latest information and techniques in a broad range of subjects. Guest speakers (some of whom are Solo specialists themselves) talk about and demonstrate new and innovative methods for us to integrate into our upcoming sessions. Past workshops have included nutritionists, chiropractors, kick boxing, yoga, and movement analysts.
