Pilates mat work is a series of exercises that are done on the floor without Pilates machines. Pilates exercises, which are performed on a mat, use your own body weight to create resistance. Clients will improve their coordination, posture, body awareness, and strength. Our area of focus include: training the body’s “powerhouse” - the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks. (1 hour)
